Taste and well-being
- To find the most appropriate degree of grinding for a grain, try grinding a small amount at different positions of the adjustment knob;
- use flour that has been ground with Marga Mulino to enrich your mixtures and also for new recipes. You will discover new tastes and combinations;
- add fresh flakes to biscuits or bread before baking; the result will be delicious;
- to obtain very fine and pure flour, use a sifter to remove any excess bran.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Only a few precautions are required for Marga Mulino to last a long time.
Never wash the machine with water or soap or in the dishwasher.
The first time Marga Mulino is used, run the machine in position 0 for 2-3 minutes. Then discard the obtained flour.
Clean the machine by simply removing any stuck product with the brush provided.
We suggest cleaning the rollers by grinding a little rice.
If a grain is too hard, it jams inside the rollers; use the machine by hand to apply greater force.
