Pasta Mixer Accessories
Pasta Mixer is the mixer by Marcato, designed to make perfect homemade dough for pasta, in just 3 minutes.
Thanks to these accessories, your imagination in the kitchen will have no limits!
With the sheet accessory, you can stretch the dough to a thickness of 0.5mm, thanks to its 10 positions. The other accessories will enable you to cut the pasta perfectly into the most used shapes.

Manufacture
The accessories ares made of chrome steel with rollers made of food-grade anodised aluminium alloy and polymeric resin combs so as not to release metal particles onto the dough and guarantee a product that is 100% healthy and genuine.
Aluminium rollers
The anodised aluminium rollers feature an imperceptibly rough surface. The pasta comes out porous and binds more easily with the condiments used.
Easy assembly
The accessory hooks onto the machine easily, thanks to the bayonet fitting on the side of the Pasta Mixer. Once assembled it will be perfectly stable.
Simplified cleaning
You can clean accessories with a cloth and a brush. Cleaning the rollers is also facilitated by the removable combs. The accessories cannot be washed in a dishwasher!MARCATO WARRANTY

Pasta sheet Accessory
Pasta sheet to be cut into different pasta or Lasagne shapes ready to be used in recipes: one on top of the other in the oven, rolled to make cannelloni or cut into squares for ravioli, tortellini or farfalle.
The 10-position accessory adjustment knob allows you to prepare a pasta sheet in different thicknesses, suitable for many shapes of pasta.

Tagliolini Accessory
Tagliolini or taglierini are among the thinnest type of egg pasta, typical of Italian cuisine.

Spaghetti Accessory
Spaghetti have a circular cross-section and a diameter of 2 mm.
The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is at position 4 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
Capellini accessory
Capellini are a type of pasta with a square diameter of 1 mm.
The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is position 8 or 9 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
Trenette Accessory
Trenette have a square cross-section and are 3.5 mm wide.
The recommended thickness of the pasta sheet is position 6 on the adjustment knob of the pasta machine.
Lasagnette Accessory
Lasagnette are a type of flat pasta that are 1 mm wide.
